May started splendidly with the most amazing landscape of Netherlands – Tulip Fields. Although I dropped my camera into the canals, I was so lucky to be with my awesome photographer friend, Dimitri.
Then off I went to Luxembourg, blessed with amazing spring weather. We did barbecue, chilled in Grund and also went camping. We even hiked to Germany (accidentally) for an apple pie. That was some amazing apple pie. Barbecue under a blanket of stars to complete the night.
The next trip took me to Poland, originally to meet my friend that I met in Bruges. Krakow city mayor gave the city to students to manage, so the entire day is filled with lots of parties. Gdansk was stunning with its old towns and rivers. it was 9 degrees in Poland, and I brought clothes that were meant for 25 degrees.
Came back just in time for the food truck festival in Maastricht and Groove Garden festival in Sittard. We went camping in the woods in Germany during the festival in Sittard. Damn, do I love camping.
Thanks for the amazing month of May!
Love,
L
